Payments are made directly to the insurer selected during the quoting process. Most insurers allow you to pay monthly or pay a policy in full.
Yes. The insurance provider selected through the quoting process will assist with terminating your previous policy and ensuring you are refunded for any outstanding payments if applicable.
Claims can be filed directly with the insurance provider selected through the quoting process.
Our Quote Refresh is a service we offer to save you time and money. Every six months, we shop our vetted insurance partners to supply you with updated competitive quotes based on the previous data you provided to us.
Keep in mind there is no obligation to change your provider or coverage.
With our Quote Refresh, you never have to fill out an insurance form again — all you need to do is update us on any changes to your information, and we will take it from there (don’t worry, we will remind you!).
If you submit updated quotes on your own before your scheduled Quote Refresh, that update will generally count as your latest renewal review. In most cases, we would not need to run another full Quote Refresh right away.
We recommend letting Quote Refresh handle your scheduled review when possible. This helps us deliver the full value of the service, including continuous renewal monitoring, rate increase alerts, a pre-refresh email to confirm accurate quote details, proactive savings notifications, and updated quote options before renewal if your current rate increases.
We currently accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, Amazon Pay, Link, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
You can enroll in Quote Refresh at any time. Your first refresh will always occur 5 months after the last date your received your quotes.
For example, if you received your last quotes at Month 0 and enroll 3 months later, your first Quote Refresh will take place 2 months after you sign up — allowing you to review your options before renewal pricing is locked in.
Note: All other refreshes except the first will be 6 months apart.
You can manage your billing details anytime from your My Account page. Under the Quote Refresh tab, click the Manage Billing button to open your secure billing portal. From there, you can update your credit card information and view or download your invoices and receipts.
